Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum required. If you'd like your order sooner, expedited shipping upgrades are available at checkout at your expense.

Delivery Time-frames Standard orders are delivered within 7 business days of shipment via UPS. Expedited options may arrive sooner depending on the service selected at checkout.

Service Area We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

P.O. Boxes We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.

Signature Required A signature is required upon delivery for all orders totaling $500.00 or more. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the time of delivery.

Shipping Insurance Shipping insurance is required on all orders totaling $500.00 or more. For orders shipped via our complimentary standard shipping, insurance is provided at no additional cost to you — Just One More Boutique covers this on your behalf. If you choose to upgrade to expedited shipping, shipping insurance must be added and is the responsibility of the customer.

UPS Pickup & Unclaimed Packages If your package is forwarded to a UPS facility for pickup, it is your responsibility to retrieve it within the allotted time frame provided by UPS. Orders returned to us due to non-pickup are not eligible for a refund.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available and can be coordinated directly with us. Please contact us to arrange pickup details before placing your order.
